How to use The Co-working Space

Our co-working space is managed under the following guidelines. Please read them before use this service.

Reservations

  • The reservation status of the co-working space is managed centrally by the manager and reflected on the Airbnb listing page. You can check the latest reservation status through the following links:
  • The door signage is also managed by the manager. However, if the Canal Palace administrator sees the signage outside of hours, they will promptly change it.

Contact

  • All communications should be conducted via the Airbnb messenger.

Opening Hours

  • The co-working space is available from 8 AM to 10 PM. Exceptions can be made with the permission by SOY.

Usage and Conditions

  • The space can only be used when the manager is in the building. However, exceptions can be made with the consent of the Canal Palace administrator.
    • The Canal Palace administrator may temporarily take over management duties.
    • If an applicant contacts the Canal Palace administrator, they should immediately inform the manager.

当コワーキングスペースは、以下のルールに基づき運営されています。快適にご利用いただくため、事前にご確認ください。

管理と予約

  • コワーキングスペースの予約状況は、マネージャーが一元管理し、Airbnbのリスティングに反映されます。最新の予約状況は以下のリンクよりご確認いただけます。
  • ドア前の表示もマネージャーが管理します。ただし、キャナルパレス管理者が時間外に表示を確認した際には、速やかに変更を行います。

連絡方法

  • 連絡はAirbnbメッセンジャーを通じて行います。

利用時間

  • コワーキングスペースの利用時間は、朝8時から夜10時までです。SOYの許可がある場合には、この限りではありません。

利用期間と条件

  • マネージャーが建物内にいる場合に限り、コワーキングスペースをご利用いただけます。キャナルパレス管理者の同意がある場合は、この限りではありません。
    • キャナルパレス管理者が管理を一時的に代行することがあります。
    • 利用希望者からキャナルパレス管理者に連絡があった場合、速やかにマネージャーに報告します。
